Packaging

Product listings will indicate any irregularities that may be visible. Items are inspected again before being packaged. I pack items with re-purposed packaging materials as often as possible.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

If you do not receive packages in a secure location, please consider adding insurance or signature confirmation. Sugarlight is not responsible for stolen packages.

Sugarlight is not responsible if an order is marked as delivered but is not received. Please contact your local post office or file a lost package report.

 Changes and Cancellation Policy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct. If you need to change your shipping address, you must immediately send a message through the website contact form.

If you accidentally purchase an item or change your mind, please send a message through the website contact form within 2 hours of purchase to initiate a reimbursement.

Refund or return Policy

Refunds or returns are not accepted unless there is a problem with your purchase. Due to the nature of handmade objects, everything is inspected before it is listed for sale, but occasionally a crack or flaw will go unnoticed. If your item has a visual flaw that was not mentioned in the product listing, please send a message through the contact form. You may be required to send addition al information including photos. If an item is damaged during shipping, please send a message immediately. Photos with the packaging will be required. For items broken in transit, a replacement or exchange will be offered depending on availability.
